1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Local Trips (within Mumbai):

    • Cancellation made 24 hours before pickup100% refund.

    • Cancellation made 12-24 hours before pickup50% refund.

    • Cancellation made less than 12 hours before pickupNo refund.

  • Outstation Trips (outside Mumbai):

    • Cancellation made 48 hours before pickup100% refund.

    • Cancellation made 24-48 hours before pickup50% refund.

    • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before pickupNo refund.

2. Cancellation by TRAVELSIDDHI

In rare cases, if TRAVELSIDDHI cancels your booking due to vehicle unavailability, driver emergency, or unavoidable reasons:

  • You will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

  • Alternatively, we will provide you with a similar car upgrade at no extra cost.

3. No Show Policy

If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pickup location without prior cancellation:

  • The booking will be treated as a No Show.

  • No refund will be provided.

4. Modification of Bookings

  • Customers can modify booking details (time, date, car type) by contacting us at 9167693938 or travelsiddhi.holidays@gmail.com.

  • If the modification is made within the cancellation window, charges may apply.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card).

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days.

  • Customers will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.

6. Peak Season and Special Bookings

  • During festivals, weddings, or peak travel dates, stricter cancellation rules may apply.
