Welcome to TRAVELSIDDHI – Car Rental Service Provider in Mumbai. These Terms & Conditions govern the usage of our taxi and car rental services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms. The purpose of this document is to maintain transparency, ensure smooth travel experiences, and protect the rights of both our customers and our company.

Our policies cover car rental bookings, payments, cancellations, responsibilities of passengers and drivers, usage of vehicles, insurance, and dispute resolutions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation with TRAVELSIDDHI.

Definitions

  • Company / We / Us – Refers to TRAVELSIDDHI, Car Rental Service Provider in Mumbai.

  • Customer / You – Refers to any individual or organization booking our car rental services.

  • Driver – Refers to the chauffeur provided by TRAVELSIDDHI.

  • Vehicle – Refers to the car, taxi, or rental vehicle assigned to you for your journey.

  • Services – Refers to car rental, taxi hire, outstation trips, airport transfers, and other transport solutions offered by TRAVELSIDDHI.

Booking Policy

  1. Bookings can be made through our website, phone (9167693938), or email (travelsiddhi.holidays@gmail.com).

  2. Customers must provide accurate details including travel date, time, pickup location, drop location, and number of passengers.

  3. Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

  4. TRAVELSIDDHI reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request.

  5. Rates may vary during festive seasons, peak travel hours, or based on vehicle type.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online gateways.

  • Advance booking charges are non-refundable (unless otherwise stated).

  • The balance payment must be made before or at the start of the journey.

  • Toll, parking, interstate taxes, and entry fees are to be paid by the customer unless mentioned in the package.

  • TRAVELSIDDHI holds the right to suspend services if payments are delayed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the journey will get a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the journey will not be eligible for any refund.

  • In case of no-show, the booking will be considered canceled without refund.

  • If TRAVELSIDDHI cancels a booking due to unavoidable reasons (like vehicle breakdown), the customer will get a full refund or an alternative vehicle.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must carry valid identification proof during travel.

  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • Customers must not damage the vehicle. Any repair cost due to negligence will be charged to the customer.

  • Respectful behavior towards drivers and staff is expected at all times.

  • Ensure timely pickup to avoid additional waiting charges.

Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • All drivers provided by TRAVELSIDDHI are licensed and experienced.

  • Vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and roadworthy.

  • The driver will follow safe driving practices and obey traffic laws.

  • Customers must not force drivers to overspeed, break rules, or take unsafe routes.

  • The vehicle is provided only for the agreed route. Any extra kilometers will be chargeable.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must first be reported to our customer care team at 9167693938 or travelsiddhi.holidays@gmail.com.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Mumbai jurisdiction only.

  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
